Mary Ann Lee

Mary Ann is deeply committed to the wellbeing of her clients. With a foundation in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and a Fitness and Lifestyle Management diploma from George Brown College, she has embarked on a journey of continuous learning and evolution in the fitness industry.

Mary Ann's quest for knowledge has taken her far and wide, from earning the esteemed Resistance Training Specialist mastery certification in Oklahoma City to refining her Muscle Activation Techniques skills in Denver. She has delved into the intricacies of anatomic structure and mechanics through immersive cadaver labs in Pittsburgh, all in pursuit of enhancing her understanding and skillset.

As the lead clinical supervisor at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy, Mary Ann is passionate about developing and sharing her expertise in Osteopathy, Anatomy, and Physiology. Her diverse studies in Manual Osteopathic modalities include; Cranial Osteopathy, Visceral Osteopathy, Functional Neurology, Mitchell Method Muscle Energy Technique, Blechschmidt Embryology, Neuroreflexogenic Techniques, Biodynamics and EVOST Complexity Physiology.

She recently had the pleasure of studying under the expert teachings of Certified Athletic Trainer and Integrative Functional Manual Therapist Lino Cedros and took his Manual Approach to Women’s Health in Sacramento.

Currently, Mary Ann is immersing herself in the post graduate program Studies in Traditional Osteopathy. Her Capstone Project focuses on exploring The Effects of Rib Raising on the Sympathetic Nervous System, reflecting her dedication to understanding and addressing long-term effects of hypersympathetic states, such as chronic stress.

In her practice, Mary Ann has a special interest in women's health and the holistic approach to nurturing the nervous system. She is here to guide and support everyone on their journey to optimal health and vitality.
